I work with clients on a retainer basis only.

Why Retainer basis only?
It is very important to me that I work with my clients. Retainers help me to schedule sufficient time for each client and still have time for those unexpected things that happen. The retainer rate is great for those clients who are willing to consistently partner with a VA .

Rates

My 20-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of twenty (20) hours each month. The 20-hour retainer rate is $40 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a twenty-hour minimum ($800) paid in advance every month.

 

My 10-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of ten (10) hours each month. The 10-hour retainer rate is $50 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a ten-hour minimum ($500) paid in advance every month. 

 

My 5-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of five (5) hours each month. The 5-hour retainer rate is $55 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a five-hour minimum ($275) paid in advance every month. 

 

Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate; however, unused time does not roll over to the next month. 

 

Any expenses acquired specific to the client are billed to the client. Normal daily office supplies and equipment are my responsibility and expense.

One-time only @ $55 an hour

If you want to take my services for a test drive it requires no commitment from you and no contract.
Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement available upon request.
